Call Center Agent

  • Answer inbound calls through a call forwarding program
  • Document information as necessary through our secure website
  • Relay information to the appropriate entity for follow up
  • Complete related tasks as delegated by the Call Center Manager

This is a fully remote position. Training will be completed online, over the phone and/or video conference. A computer with internet access and a cell phone is required.

Patrol Agent

  • Perform visual inspections of parking areas for violations
  • Distribute parking citations, and orchestrate towing as needed
  • Respond to incidents of low level and attempt to resolve while in communication with Call Center Agent
  • Complete related tasks as delegated by the Patrol Manager

A reliable form of transportation and a cell phone are required. Agents must be able to pass a background check.

Rule Enforcement Agent

  • Perform visual inspections of properties for damages and/or safety concerns
  • Complete visual inspections of properties for rule & regulation violations
  • Document findings in our secure website
  • Complete related tasks as delegated by the Rule Enforcement Manager

A reliable form of transportation and a cell phone are required. Agents must be able to pass a background check.
